The Gulf first · languages, not just countries

One ad.
Every language
your customers speak.

Not subtitles. Origin re-voices, re-times, re-cuts and re-captions per language, and a native speaker checks every one. In the Gulf one city is several markets — Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu and Tagalog on the same street. We built right-to-left first, the hardest case, so everything after it lands cleanly.

Local rhythm

The calendar Origin plans against.

Ramadan inverts the clock — the audience is awake after iftar and again before suhoor, and a spot cut for 20:00 is wrong for a market fasting until 18:40. Origin schedules against the occasion, not the timezone alone. Islamic dates shift each year and are confirmed locally before posting.

Ramadan~Feb–Mar, shifts ~11 days/yrThe clock inverts: audiences peak after iftar and again before suhoor. Origin cuts a calmer open, schedules to the local iftar time, and never uses food-forward hooks during fasting hours.
Eid al-FitrEnd of Ramadan · 3–4 daysGifting, family, new clothes, travel. Ceremonial register, brighter grade, and a shorter ask — the audience is buying, not researching.
Eid al-Adha~70 days after Eid al-FitrLonger holiday, heavy travel. Origin front-loads publishing before the exodus and holds a second wave for the return.
Saudi Founding Day22 FebruaryHistorical register, Najdi visual language, no fireworks-and-flags treatment — it is distinct from National Day and mixing them reads badly.
Saudi National Day23 SeptemberGreen, flags, crowd energy, high competitive noise. Origin recommends briefing 10 days out and publishing at 21:00 local.
UAE National Day2 DecemberBilingual by default, Union-era archival register, three-day retail window.
White FridayLate NovemberOffer ads: hard cut, price on screen by 0:03, CTA repeated. The one occasion where Origin will put the product first.
Back to schoolAugust–SeptemberFamily decision-making. Origin cuts a parent-facing 16:9 and a student-facing 9:16 from the same brief.
Global calendarGolden Week · Diwali · Lunar New Year · Black FridaySame machinery outside the Gulf: the occasion sets structure, register and publish window per market.

Mirrored RTL — end card and lower-thirds move side
Right-to-left, properly

Arabic layouts are mirrored, not flipped. Logos, lower-thirds and end cards move to the correct side; numerals stay readable; bilingual tracks can run together with correct lip timing on both.

Dialect, not just language

Najdi for Riyadh, Khaleeji for the coast, Egyptian for Cairo, Levantine for Amman. A single “Arabic” voice is how you sound foreign in five markets at once.

Licensed voices only

Every voice in the library is licensed with a consent reference on file. Origin will not clone a voice from a reference clip you upload.

Local law, checked first

Disclosure and category rules, by market.

Origin runs the check before you post, not after. It informs; it does not block — and it never claims to be legal advice. Confirm current requirements with your own counsel before a campaign goes live.

Beyond the Gulf — when our pilot brands need it.

We’re starting where one city speaks five languages. If your customers are somewhere else too, tell us which languages they speak — that’s how the next ones get chosen.
