Safety & Enforcement

How Ori checks every ad before it exists, when people review content, how violations are handled, how to appeal, and how to report misuse.

Last updated 16 October 2026

The short version

  • Each ad is checked five times, in Arabic and English, before it can be approved.
  • Anything flagged waits for a trained person, not just another classifier.
  • Warnings first for honest mistakes; immediate suspension for serious harm.
  • Appeals go to a different reviewer, with an answer within 5 business days.

2. What happens when something breaks the rules#

SituationWhat we do
A brief is blocked onceWe explain why and how to rephrase. Not counted as a violation.
Repeated or deliberate attemptsA written warning, then a temporary suspension
Continued violations after suspensionAccount terminated
Child safety, non-consensual imagery, impersonating a real person, fraudImmediate suspension, content removed, and a report to the authorities where the law requires it

3. Appeals#

Reply to the notice, or write to info@zerohuman.co. A reviewer who wasn’t involved in the first decision looks at it and answers within 5 business days. If we got it wrong, we restore access and remove the record.

4. Reporting misuse#

Reports about children are handled first, at any hour.

5. Requests from authorities#

We disclose customer data to governments or law enforcement only when the law requires it, and only what’s needed. We review every request, push back on those that are too broad, and tell the customer unless the law forbids it. We’ll include the number of requests in our quarterly transparency summary.
